If the rules are not followed you may be suspended from class at the discretion of the instructor.

1. Train with a positive and respectful attitude.
2. When arriving and departing always bow to the Chief Instructor.
3. Never enter training floor with out permission from the highest rank on the floor.
4. Bow when entering and exiting the Training Floor.
5. Stack shoes and other personal items neatly on the racks.
6. Street shoes are not to be worn on the training floor.
7. You must be in full Uniform to train.
8. Uniform must be CLEAN, ODORLESS and wrinkle free.
9. Fingernails and toenails must be kept clean and clipped.
10. Hair must be pulled back.
11. Always behave in a respectful and productive manner.
12. Equipment is to be used only when given permission.
13. Help keep the School clean at all times.
14. Ask instructor before getting water or using the restroom.
15. Leave with a positive respectful attitude.
