There will be no camp or van pick-up if Osceola schools close for inclement weather. Any Osceola County Emergency make-up days will be replaced with van pick-up instead of the day camp. There will be no make-ups for missed classes due to school closures or student illness. There will be no pro-rating or refunds for missed classes due to school closures or student illness and vacations. If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from the program you must provide us with written notice, at least 15 days in advance, and prior to the billing cycle in which the withdrawal will occur. Pro-rating of the last month will only be given with proper written notice of withdrawal. Refunds will not be given for early withdrawal. Weekly rates are available, however if this option is selected, camps will not be included but will be available for an additional charge.
The After School Program will include 45 minutes of Hybrid Martial Arts training each day, and 45 minutes of tumbling on Wednesdays. Students will also have 45 minutes per day of mandatory study time or quiet time. Students that do not have homework may draw or read, and will not be permitted to play around or disrupt the other students during their study time. Students will be given a light snack such as crackers or a cookie when they arrive at the gym. If your child has food allergies, please notify the instructors. You will be expected to provide an alternate snack which meets your child’s specific needs. Individually wrapped and sealed packages may be stored at the gym in the event of a special dietary need.
Students will be expected to help pick up their work and practice areas at the end of each day. The study of Martial Arts teaches discipline and respect, which includes the respect for their work and practice areas. Please allow your child time to complete their responsibilities when you are picking them up at the end of the day. You will be asked to sign-out your child each day when you pick them up. Please be sure to complete an authorized pick-up card and include the names of everyone that you will allow your child to be released to. Your child will not be released to anyone that is not listed on the card. The After School Program ends at 6:00 p.m. every day. Students are expected to be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m. If a student is picked up late, a late fee will be charged of $1 per 5 minutes up until 6:15, and $1 per minute thereafter.

The Year ‘Round After School Program will follow the Osceola County school calendar. After school transportation will begin when the school semester begins, and will end when the school semester ends. The hours for the Year ‘Round After School Program are from the time of school pick-up until 6:00 p.m. Registration and enrollment is based on one year, which includes 40 weeks of after school care and all day camps, including summer camps. The fees for the After School Program are $75 for Registration which includes practice uniforms, and $260 per month tuition for 12 months.
The Registration fee and first month tuition are due at the time of enrollment. Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Failure to pay tuition by the 7th of the month will result in suspension from the program and you will be required to make other day care arrangements for your child. A late fee of $25 will be added to any tuition not received by the 7th of the month, and in order to re-instate your child’s enrollment in the Year ‘Round Program. A discount of 25% will be given to each additional child in the same family and household. A discount of 10% will be given for tuition pre-payment of 6 months or more, for the months being pre-paid.
All day camps during the school year are included at no extra charge for Year ‘Round Program students. Camp times are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school year. Early drop off of 7:00 is available only upon request with advanced notice.
